Event Registration – Officials & Photographers

The EISM is compliant with the Victorian Government Child Safe Legislation, which incorporates our Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct and Mandatory Reporting for all of our Volunteers, Officials, Photographers and Staff. Once you have received email confirmation from our Office that we have been advised of your attendance as an Official at one of our Events, could you please complete the Event Registration Form below as soon as possible. Registrations need to be complete prior to the actual Event Day. All information will be used for EISM record purposes only. If you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Official School Photographer Conditions:

Photographs taken at any EISM event are to be used by the respective school only for their general publicity and promotional activities in both print and digital/ electronic media. Photographs of students from other EISM schools are not to be published without direct permission.
