Thanks to the St Kilda Football Club who hosted the EISM Heads of Sport at their new facility at RSEA Park in Moorabbin. With work almost completed on their ground re-surface and the Danny Frawley Centre for Health & Wellbeing, the attending staff were treated to an upclose inspection of the new facilities.
Community Football Education Manager – Scott Whyte, shared the work the Saints have embarked on in the Schools space that explores High Performance and Leadership and how they can be accessed from Schools. In addition, Sean Ralphsmith – Project Lead for the Danny Frawley Centre presented architects impressions of the Centre and how the community can access the facilities.
Other agenda items included presentations from Orienteering Victoria and a closer look at Virtual Cycling as sports that the EISM will explore as we continue to expand our sport opportunities for our network.
